Treatment Approach
Dr. Wu works closely with each client to formulate an individualized treatment plan. A treatment plan can include medication management, individual therapy, or a combination of both. She believes strongly in addressing questions and concerns and listening carefully to clients’ feedback. She also sees her role as providing education regarding medication. Her goal is to create a supportive and compassionate environment that allows clients to build coping skills and gain self insight into thoughts and behaviors that are obstacles to growth and fulfillment.
